About Lael Petersen:
Lael Petersen (she/they) is a white, cis, queer woman – AND – a social worker, coach and parent. Whether she’s working as a hospital social worker or coaching people in her private practice, Lael feels at her best when she’s connecting with people in authentic and meaningful ways and creating positive change in the world. She lives on the land of the Chehalis (Sha-hey-lis) Multnomah (Mult-No-Ma) and Confederated tribes of the Grand Rhonde (rhymes with wand) also known as Portland, OR. She believes in the inherent worth of all people and their essential place and purpose in the world. When she’s not working with clients she enjoys reading memoirs, playing in the kitchen, and traveling near and far with her family.
